Maggie Accardo ("I", "me", "my") operates maggieaccardo.com. This policy explains what personal information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have. It also covers the Keller Williams Realty East Bay affiliation noted on this site.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Seller's guide. Your first name, email address, and phone number when you request the guide.
• Email sign-up. Your email address if you asked to be notified while the site was being built.
• Analytics data. Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how long you stay — collected via Google Analytics.

• To respond to your inquiries and follow up on real estate questions.
• To send you the seller's guide and occasional market updates you've asked for.
• To understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it.

I never sell your personal information to anyone.

To run this site and respond to you, I use trusted service providers. Your information is shared only as needed to deliver the service:

• BoldTrail (kvCORE) — my real estate CRM, where your contact details are saved so I can respond and follow up.
• Google Analytics — website traffic and behavior analytics.
• TidyCal — booking and scheduling calls with me.
• IDX property search — the property search and home valuation tools open on a separate platform, which has its own privacy policy.

If you opt in to receiving text messages from me (for example, through the contact form or the seller's guide), your consent and related information are used only to send you those messages. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Google Analytics uses cookies to understand site traffic. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your browser settings to block cookies. Blocking cookies won't stop you from contacting me.

• Unsubscribe. Reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or email me directly, and I'll remove you from future messages.
• Access or delete. Ask me what information I have about you, and I'll provide it or delete it.
• California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, access, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — which I don't do.

I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by California real estate licensing and record-retention rules. I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
